We are seeking Two Tow Truck Dispatchers to join our team to work the following shifts

(Shift 1) Saturday - Sunday - Monday _Tuesday 6am-6pm

(Shift 2) Wednesday -Thursday - Friday - Saturday 6am-6pm

Responsibilities:

• Answer Telephone calls from Customers as well as local and state police agencies.
• Be able to write down all information into dispatch log where other team members can read if needed
• Input call data into our computer software program (Beacon Towing Software)
• Assist drivers with directions if needed, Use our GPS system to track our vehicles.
• Respond to customers questions and help them locate their vehicle in our software
• Be trust worthy with receiving money.
• Need to know the roadways of Central Florida and Have a Good Sense of Direction.
• Be able to identify the needed paperwork for customers to be able to retrieve their vehicles that may be impounded.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Tow Truck dispatch or related fields is a Plus
• Must have Transportation to and from work,
• Ability to handle some stress at times
• Strong work ethic

Pay will be discussed at time of interview and previous experience is a big factor in pay.
