Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee luxury woodwork projects from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of custom woodworking, and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control.

• Coordinate with clients, designers, and craftsmen to ensure seamless execution.

• Manage materials, subcontractors, and scheduling.

• Address and resolve any project-related issues proactively.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management within luxury woodworking, yacht refits, or high-end construction.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CabinetVision is a plus.
