Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated Research Analyst Intern to join our Product Strategy & Management team. The Research Analyst Intern will join our NetSuite team to support market research, assess future customer needs, industry monitoring, data analysis and strategic planning activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software product management while working alongside experienced professionals in the supply chain technology sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Research: Discover what our customers do, the other products they use or would benefit them, and the needs they have
  • Assess: Engage with customers and customer reps to gather insights on their future software needs and expectations
  • Assess: Use AI internal datasets to suggest other products and features for us to sell to customers
  • Monitor: Track industry trends relevant to customer challenges, such as warehouse automation, ESG compliance, AI-driven demand forecasting, and other emerging technologies
  • Monitor: Maintain awareness of relevant news, reports, and publications and how this may affect the wants/needs of our customers

What You Bring:

  • Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
  • Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
  • Available to work 20-25 hours per week in our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL
  • Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort engaging with external and internal stakeholders for research tasks
  • Curiosity about technology trends and their impact on business operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain operations, or SaaS products is a plus
