Job Type: Part-time, Flexible hours
Pay Range: $17

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our highly esteemed client. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and welcoming presence, managing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our front office.
Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate person or department.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing accurate information.

Assist with event planning and meeting preparations as needed.
Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A professional demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
