Responsibilities
- Assess medical condition and performing physical examinations.
- Diagnose health problems by reviewing patients' health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and interpreting x-rays.
- Diagnosing and treating disorders and ailments.
- Provide musculoskeletal therapy.
- Keeping accurate confidential patient records.
- Refer patients to other medical specialists, if needed.
- Assessing and planning treatment requirements.
- Providing education and advice about lifestyle, exercise and movement.
- Keeping up to date with developments in the profession.
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
- Proven experience as a Chiropractor
- State license and valid malpractice insurance.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the neuromusculoskeletal system
- Understanding of supplemental therapies
