South Florida Dental Arts is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in all patients and visitors in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner

• Answer a high volume of phone calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously

• Schedule patients methodically and efficiently to optimize provider schedules

• Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility

• Assist with treatment planning and communicate treatment details clearly to patients

• Manage patient recall systems to ensure consistent follow-up and continuity of care

• Handle administrative paperwork including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing/postage

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Assist with additional office projects and tasks as requested by management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous dental front desk or dental office experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment planning

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Professional demeanor with a patient-focused attitude
