Job Description
Job Description
We are partnered with a growth-focused construction firm in South Florida that is building intentionally — with the right people, the right projects, and a strong sense of accountability.
This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager who is:
- Tired of being just another number in a large organization
- Looking for ownership, trust, and visibility
- Motivated by growth, responsibility, and being part of a core team
This company hires selectively and values people who want to build something long-term, not just manage tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through close-out
- Maintain control of schedules, budgets, and cost reporting
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Lead project meetings and drive clear communication
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution
- Uphold quality, safety, and accountability standards across projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Commercial construction background (ground-up and/or renovations)
- Strong understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and project financials
- Experience with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable making decisions
- Someone who values culture, teamwork, and performance
Why This Opportunity
- Competitive base salary: $115K–$140K
- Bonus potential tied to performance
- Strong backlog and steady pipeline of South Florida projects
- Local work — minimal to no overnight travel
- Direct access to leadership and decision-makers
- A company that believes accountability creates opportunity, not micromanagement
The Takeaway
This is not a role for someone who wants to hide in a large organization.
It is a role for a Project Manager who wants:
- Visibility
- Ownership
- Growth
- And to be part of a team that knows your name and values your impact
If that resonates, this is worth a conversation.
