Position: General Manager
Interviewing, hiring, training and managing all installers, subcontractors and service personnel.
Qualified Candidate MUST have Operations management experience with home improvements. And oversee all departments involved with post sales including permitting installations, service and repair. Handle and resolve issues and problems with homeowners.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of home improvements including windows and roofing.
• Overseeing all post sale departments
Experience:
• 5-7+ years of home improvement Operations management experience
