The Plumbers Plumber is a highly respected, fast-growing plumbing and underground services company serving Southwest Florida. We specialize in advanced drain cleaning, cast-iron pipelining, jetting, and emergency underground repairs, and we pride ourselves on being the company other plumbers call when they need help.
We are now hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to help run and streamline our day-to-day operations, support our field technicians, enhance customer service, and work side-by-side with ownership and our Office Manager.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, and loves solving problems before they become problems.
Position Overview
Were seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Service Technician with a good driving record to join our team. This is a full-time position with a great starting salary, plus potential overtime. Youll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems
Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
Work on drain cleaning, cast iron re-lining, leak detection, and under-slab repairs
Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Follow all safety protocols and plumbing codes
Provide courteous and professional service to customers
Requirements
Verifiable experience as a plumbing technician
Minimum 3 years experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred but not required:
Experience with Service Titan

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
