Position: ALLIED-CVOR-Cardiovascular Certified Tech (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular procedures ensuring patient safety and equipment readiness.

• Maintain and calibrate cardiovascular equipment for optimal performance.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during procedures.

• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure seamless operation flow.

• Stay updated with the latest cardiovascular technologies and techniques.

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.

• Document patient information and procedure details accurately.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential improvements in procedures.

• Monitor and report on procedure outcomes and team performance.

• Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve personal and team performance.

• Provide mentorship to junior staff and new team members.

Experience/Qualifications

• Certified Cardiovascular Technician with experience in CVOR procedures.

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in cardiovascular procedures.

• Track record of contributing to departmental targets and goals.

• Proficiency in maintaining and calibrating cardiovascular equipment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgical teams.

• Experience in documenting patient information and procedure details accurately.

• Willingness to stay updated with latest cardiovascular technologies.

• Ability to engage in regular feedback sessions for performance improvement.

• Aptitude for developing procedural improvements.

• Experience in providing mentorship to junior staff.
