**Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Residential Staff Needed!**
Are you dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? K-Cee Stewart Group invites you to join our team as a Full-Time Residential Staff member in our group home.
**Position Title:** Full-Time Residential Staff
**Location:** Oakland Park, FL
**Key Duties:**
- Provide attentive care and guidance to residents, assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, household chores, financial management, and social skills development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, such as progress reports and incident records.
- Work closely with colleagues to promptly address and resolve any client issues.
- Ensure residents have access to nutritious meals and uphold cleanliness through light housekeeping tasks.
- Administer medications according to established guidelines, ensuring safe storage practices.
- Adhere to K-Cee Stewart Group's policies.
- Confirm that staffing levels are adequate before concluding your shift to guarantee resident safety and well-being.
**Qualifications:**
- Must pass all mandatory pre-employment background checks and drug tests.
- Hold a valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving history.(Not required)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of all required KCS training and certifications in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in direct care roles. (Willing to train the right candidate)
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members.
- Physical ability to engage in activities such as climbing, balancing, kneeling, or stooping, and lifting/moving. In emergencies, must be capable of safely moving or transporting an adult individual.
**Additional Information:**
- A sign-on bonus is available after completing the onboarding process and three months of employment.
