- Proven experience in a Marriott Hotel (like Courtyard, Fairfield, Quality Inn, Residence Inn, etc.)
- MUST have current General Manager experience in a Hotel
- Strong expertise in rooms management and overseeing a large team.
- Exceptional client management skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated hands-on leadership style; able to follow direction effectively.
