Project Manager (High-End Residential Construction)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 + PTO and Performance Incentives
About the Role
A leading luxury residential general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex, high-end custom home builds from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and technical skill, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in coordination with ownership, superintendents, and design teams.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, subcontracts, and client communications for multimillion-dollar waterfront residences—ensuring every project runs smoothly and finishes beautifully.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from contract to closeout
- Oversee cost tracking, budget forecasting, and schedule maintenance
- Issue and manage subcontracts, POs, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate between superintendents, subs, vendors, and design professionals
- Lead weekly project meetings and maintain clear, organized communication logs
- Review and approve pay applications, invoices, and progress billings
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations
- Support ownership in strategic planning and client relations
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ project management experience in residential construction (luxury or waterfront preferred)
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and inspections
- Strong command of Excel, OneNote, and project management software (BuildTools, Procore, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and tight timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
