What You’ll Do

Own daily scheduling and coverage for private duty home care cases (short and long shifts).

Match caregivers to clients based on skills, preferences, geography, and availability.

Manage call-outs, last-minute changes, and weekend/after-hours rotations with professionalism.

Maintain accurate schedules and documentation in our systems (e.g., WellSky, Hireology, OpenPhone, Tapcheck).

Communicate clearly with clients, families, caregivers, and internal teams via phone, text, and email.

Track attendance, on-time arrivals, and compliance items; escalate issues as needed.

Support new case starts, caregiver introductions, and ongoing service coordination.

Contribute to a positive, solution-focused culture that respects caregivers and delights clients.
What You Bring

1–2+ years in home care/home health scheduling, healthcare staffing, or related high-volume coordination role.

Strong phone presence, excellent writing, and confident problem-solving.

Master organizer: you juggle priorities, think ahead, and follow through.

Tech-savvy with scheduling/EMR tools (WellSky preferred) and Google Workspace/Sheets.

Knowledge of ADLs, caregiver qualifications, and Florida home care basics a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole is a plus.
Schedule & Pay

Full-time, on-site (Boca Raton).

Rotating after-hours/on-call coverage shared by the team.
