Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documents and discovery for business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related legal documents.
• Provide trial and hearing support, including attendance as needed.
• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with legal research, case preparation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Business litigation experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college required.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with legal software and case management systems.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Onsite attendance and punctuality required.
