K-12 School Psychologist Position Port Saint Lucie, FL

A full-time, contract opportunity for a licensed School Psychologist is available within a K-12 public school setting serving multiple campuses in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. This role supports students across PreK through 8th grade, with a caseload involving comprehensive psychological services. The position duration aligns with the current school calendar, from ASAP through June 2, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and testing for students across assigned schools.
Participate in meetings with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement student support plans.
Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district policies.
Collaborate with school staff to promote positive student outcomes and well-being.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) Psychologist licensure.
Experience working with school-aged children, particularly within PreK-8 settings.
Ability to manage a caseload involving testing, counseling, and meetings effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with public school systems and psychological service delivery in educational environments.

Location & Schedule:

Full-time, 35 hours per week.
On-site position with no options for remote or hybrid work.
Service coverage includes three campuses, likely Ft. Pierce Westwood, PreK, and Northport K8 schools.
