With a commitment to providing high-quality services to our clients, we are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects in a dynamic environment.
Project Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge:
- Ability to identify, layout, assemble, hang and test single or double wall systems including spiral and welded duct systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired
- Skills:
- Ability to work with other Sheet Metal tradespersons
- Instruct and direct apprentices
- Communicate and coordinate with trades in the work area while advocating for safety from all teams
- Metrics:
- Ability to perform Sheet Metal installation skills in a safe and OSHA compliant manner
- Meet and exceed daily minimal install requirements set by the Foreman in an acceptable level of quality
Minimum Hand Tools Required:
- Standard hand tools for a journeyman Sheet Metal Installer
