TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC and Residential equipment.
• Diagnose breakdown to the point of failure and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems such as roof top package units.
• Refrigeration equipment knowledge is a PLUS: reach-in and walk-in boxes, cooler display cases, and ice machines but not necessary.
• Perform repairs and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications
• Control wiring and high voltage
• Residential Troubleshooting, Diagnosis and repair, Including Communicating systems
• Commercial and Residential Replacements

Primary areas of expertise include:

• HVAC systems
• RTU’s
• Mini Splits
• Split systems
• DX systems
• Reach-in and walk-in boxes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification
• Communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work independently and without supervision
• 5 years of experience preferred
