<h3>Job Description</h3>
GL Staffing is seeking for a pharmacist experience with efficient dispensing of medications in a mail-order pharmacy. You will review prescriptions, provide patient counseling by phone, in person or virtual communication, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Accurately dispense and verify prescription medications</li>
<li>Review patient profiles for allergies, interactions, and contraindications</li>
<li>Provide patient counseling and guidance remotely</li>
<li>Communicate with prescribers and pharmacy staff to resolve issues</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws</li>
<li>Support pharmacy technicians and manage inventory</li>
</ul>
 
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active, unrestricted Florida Pharmacist license</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree</li>
<li>3+ year of pharmacy experience (mail-order preferred)</li>
<li>Strong clinical knowledge and remote patient counseling skills</li>
<li>Proficient in pharmacy software and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills</li>
</ul>
