Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role located at one of our locations in Palm Beach County: Jupiter, Wellington, Boynton, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Loxahatchee. The Medical Assistant will support healthcare providers by performing a variety of administrative and clinical duties. Tasks include preparing examination rooms, assisting in patient care, assisting with procedures, phlebotomy, managing medical records, taking vital signs, collecting patient information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the medical office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting, Medical Terminology, and expertise in Medical Office procedures.
- Experience in Patient Care, including taking vital signs, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Strong knowledge of handling and maintaining Medical Records accurately and securely.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Credentialed Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a multi-specialty medical or clinical setting is a plus.
