The Assistant Director of Clinical and Case Management Services (ADCCM) is responsible for overseeing the Clinical and Case Management Department, ensuring the coordination, provision and monitoring of mental health and case management services to the children in the UC Program.
Master’s degree from an accredited College or University with a major in a relevant Behavioral Science field preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human Services field from an accredited College or University
PLUS five (5) years of experience in a licensed child care program, child welfare administration, child protective services, or in program management and at least three (3) years of supervisory or management experience required.
Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida License in the fields of Mental Health (Psychology, LMHC, LCSW or LMFT) throughout employment.
State Qualified Supervisor Certification preferred.
Must be able to work a schedule that is responsive to the Program’s needs.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record.
Bilingual preferred (English / Creole / French OR English / Spanish).
