Job Description:

Miami Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in the Aventura area. We provide high-quality in-home care services to seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule—ideal for caregivers who are patient, people-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Meal preparation

• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Document services provided and report changes in condition

Requirements:

• Valid Florida CNA or HHA certification

• Current physical exam and TB test

• CPR certification preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
