IS Technician - Helpdesk Compensation

  • Pay rate: Pay Range: 19.28 per hour
  • Normal day shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • This is a field service position; must have own reliable vehicle.
  • Fully remote; no onsite requirement.

IS Technician - Helpdesk Responsibilities:

  • Service and install computer equipment by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems while providing excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to all compliance processes and procedures.
  • Self-manage workload, inventory, and administrative functions.
  • Gain up-to-date knowledge of all technology, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide customer service and communicate effectively with verbal and listening skills.
  • Possess proficiency in using computer hardware and software applications.

IS Technician - Helpdesk QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

  • Normal day shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Education/Licenses Needed

  • Tech School with GED or High School Diploma required.
