IS Technician - Helpdesk Compensation
- Pay rate: Pay Range: 19.28 per hour
- Normal day shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- This is a field service position; must have own reliable vehicle.
- Fully remote; no onsite requirement.
IS Technician - Helpdesk Responsibilities:
- Service and install computer equipment by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems while providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all compliance processes and procedures.
- Self-manage workload, inventory, and administrative functions.
- Gain up-to-date knowledge of all technology, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide customer service and communicate effectively with verbal and listening skills.
- Possess proficiency in using computer hardware and software applications.
IS Technician - Helpdesk QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Licenses Needed
- Tech School with GED or High School Diploma required.
