\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Florida or compact state)\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience, with expertise in Orthopedics, Neuro, and Robotics\n
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS\n
- CNOR certification preferred\n
- Ability and willingness to float between hospital campuses as needed\n
\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Apply critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care in the operating room\n
- Collaborate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, ORTs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality clinical support\n
- Manage surgical cases efficiently, maintain supply readiness, and communicate effectively with patient families\n
- Update physician preference cards and assist physicians during surgical procedures (scrubbing and circulating as needed)\n
- Supervise clinical personnel and uphold regulatory standards and hospital policies\n
