• Use Agile Scrum methodologies to drive collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or project management.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and metric tracking to ensure project transparency.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
