Job Description

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth daily operations of the property. This role is responsible for greeting residents and visitors, managing packages and deliveries, monitoring building access, and assisting with resident needs in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Concierge embodies the Golacity Premier Solutions standard of excellence, hospitality, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities


Front Desk & Resident Services

  • Greet and acknowledge all residents, guests, and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding property amenities, policies, and local attractions
  • Assist residents with general inquiries, service requests, and special accommodations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times


Package & Delivery Management

  • Receive, log, sort, and securely store packages and deliveries
  • Notify residents promptly of package arrivals according to property procedures
  • Ensure proper chain of custody and prevent loss or mishandling of packages


Access Control & Security Support

  • Monitor building entry points, cameras, and access systems
  • Verify guest access, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
  • Coordinate with courtesy officers, security, and management as needed
