We are seeking a House Manager to join our team! ( FEMALES ONLY !!!!!! )

Overview:


*****MUST BE PHYSICALLY IN SHAPE ***** There is a decent amount of basic household work. (spot cleaning. carrying laundry. up and down ladders. work in attic. organizing)


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the operations of an expansive 8,000 square-foot home. The ideal candidate will manage various tasks related to household organization, decoration, vendor management, maintenance, and personal assistance, ensuring a harmonious and efficient living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee the organization and maintenance of all belongings within the home.
 Manage home decoration both indoors and outdoors to create a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
 Hire and coordinate with vendors and property management for home services.
 Assist in daily house maintenance tasks and keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
 Prepare meals and manage food storage/organization, including grocery restocking.
 Supervise and manage cleaning and childcare staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and care.
 Maintain spreadsheets for sports registrations for children, including managing related documentation.
 Organize and manage digital photo folders and marketing materials for business needs.
 Coordinate clothing and laundry services, managing personal errands as needed.
 Establish and maintain shared calendars for birthdays, events, and personal assistance tasks.
 Assist in miscellaneous tasks that support household functionality.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
 Tech-savvy with proficiency in using spreadsheets and Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac).
 Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions meticulously.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Strong memory for tasks and information related to household management.
 Neat, clean, and professional appearance with a commitment to high standards.
 Thrifty, creative, adaptable, and a strong team player who embraces a collaborative work environment.
