Job DescriptionCareer Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Staff Full Stack Engineer - Web3 - this is a fully remote role for N/S America candidates, EST working hours. Salary range: 150-250K USD yearly plus benefits.

We’re focused on long-term, diversified portfolios, automated rebalancing, and calm, intelligent UX—bringing the familiarity and safeguards of traditional investing to onchain finance. Our goal is abstract away all of the complexities of DeFi to allow anyone to invest onchain.

What are we hiring for?
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and play a critical hand in developing us. As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible for building end-to-end features, working with cutting-edge technology, and contributing to a product that uses every piece of the crypto/DeFi stack.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Development: Lead the design and development of comprehensive features for our flagship product, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Innovative Problem Solving: Tackle unique challenges related to declarative trading and vertical solutions, bringing creative and well-architected approaches to complex problems.

Full-Stack Collaboration: Engage with every layer of the crypto/DeFi stack, from backend infrastructure to on-chain swaps and frontend Web3 UX, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development and a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.

Tech Stack Proficiency:
-
Web3: Familiarity with Viem/Wagmi, permissionless.js/pimlico, SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum), ZeroDev Kernel Smart Accounts.

Backend: Strong skills in Node.js (TypeScript), GCP, AlloyDB, Axiom & Sentry, with the ability to work with Python-based solvers.

Frontend: Expertise in Next.js, tRPC, TypeScript, Tailwind + Radix UI, Zustand, react-spring, Vitest & Synpress.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to design and implement novel solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Passion for Crypto: A deep interest in the crypto and DeFi, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of what is possible onchain.
