Pay Range - $17-$20/hr
Operations & Staff Management

Personnel Deployment: Direct the workflow of 20-35 staff members per shift. Reassign staff dynamically between zones based on queue length and crowd density.

Turnaround Management: Ensure parties and private events start and end precisely on time to maximize booking capacity.

Revenue Protection: Audit cash drawers and POS terminals at the start and end of shifts. Investigate any variances over $5.00 immediately.

Facility Readiness: Conduct "pre-shift" walkthroughs 30 minutes before opening and "post-shift" inspections after closing to ensure the facility is sanitized and secured.
Compliance & Safety Responsibilities

Safety Enforcement: Maintain a 100% "active floor" presence. Monitor venue for safety hazards that violate facility policy.

Incident Reporting: Document any incidents using the standard Incident Report Form.

Labor Law Compliance: Monitor and enforce break schedules. Ensure all staff under the age of 18 are working within the legal hour constraints mandated by Florida and Federal law.

Alcohol/Concession Oversight: If applicable, ensure all staff are verifying identification at admissions and following Florida "Responsible Vendor" guidelines for snack bar/concession sales.
Performance Metrics

Shift Productivity: Ensure staff is optimally utilized during shift, including slow times.

Retention: Reducing staff turnover within the weekend cohort through professional, neutral conflict resolution.

Guest Experience: Resolving 90% of guest complaints on-site without escalating to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of "Floor Management" in high-volume hospitality (e.g., full-service restaurants, Family Entertainment Center, theme parks, or large-scale retail).

Physical Demands: Ability to remain on feet for 8+ hours in a high-decibel environment.

Availability: Must be available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Full Days/ Nights).

Temperament: Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm, authoritative demeanor during high-stress operational peaks.
