Construction Superintendent– Luxury Residential
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with experience with single family homes.
This is not a project-based position. We have multiple ongoing and upcoming luxury residential projects, and the selected candidate will continue with the company after this project is completed.
About the Role
The Superintendent will lead all on-site supervision and coordination, ensuring top-quality execution, adherence to design, and timely completion. This is a hands-on leadership role that bridges both field and office responsibilities, requiring constant collaboration with contractors, architects, engineers, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors
Work closely with architects, designers, PM and consultants to ensure plans are executed accurately
Maintain jobsite safety and regulatory compliance
Communicate progress updates, issues, and milestones to management
Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
Background in residential construction
Familiarity with Miami-area construction standards
