About Sean Rush Art and Home
Sean Rush is a successful artist, business owner, and entrepreneur who has been creating impactful, timeless art and interior designs for over 15 years. With a reputation for quality and authenticity, Sean’s work doesn’t follow trends—it stands on its own, built from years of passion and dedication. As a one-man show, Sean has built something truly special, but now he’s looking for a right-hand professional who can support his growing and transforming business while embracing the full scope of his creative and entrepreneurial journey.

If you thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same, where you’ll be at the heart of the action, keeping things running smoothly while staying aligned with the big picture, then keep reading!

Are you the kind of person who...
...thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same? Do you love the idea of being an integral part of a business where you can see the results of your work immediately? If you're someone who loves variety and is motivated by a sense of purpose—where you get to be involved in both the creative and the operational side of a thriving business—then this is a role that will keep you inspired.

Sean is looking for someone who is driven by the excitement of a job that’s constantly evolving, someone who can think big and still manage the details with ease. You’ll be in the heart of Sean’s business, with the chance to see firsthand how a successful entrepreneur builds and maintains a business that isn’t about following trends, but about creating distinctive, inimitable results that are always sensitive to the architectural context, spatial function, and cultural history of each project. Sean helps his clients re-envision and re-purpose their homes, personal belongings, and global acquisitions, resulting in renewed spaces that live as beautifully as they look. This is a place where you’ll be part of a process that reimagines design, art, and functionality—where the work truly stands the test of time.

The Role & What We’re Looking For:
This position is about more than just administrative support. As the Interior Design & Fine Art Coordinator, you’ll be closely involved in everything from client communications and project management to gallery sales and financial tracking. This role will keep you on your toes, with exciting new challenges and opportunities around every corner. If you love variety and can think a few steps ahead while managing the practical side of things, you’ll find this role incredibly rewarding. We are looking for the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in interior design, fine art, or a related field—but the ability to roll with the punches is what really matters here.
  • A passion for variety and new challenges—no two days are alike, and you’ll be excited to tackle whatever comes your way.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients, vendors, and Sean.
  • An independent, proactive attitude—you’ll be taking ownership of tasks and figuring out solutions as things come up.
  • Attention to detail, especially when it comes to financials and inventory management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability—a willingness to pitch in wherever needed and take on new responsibilities as the business grows.
  • Familiarity with basic office software and online sales platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Shopify) is a plus.
  • A desire to grow with the business, learning and adapting as Sean’s needs evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client & Vendor Liaison

  • Be the key point of contact for clients, helping manage projects, providing updates, and ensuring that everything stays on track.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with vendors and clients alike, all while making sure that each project runs smoothly, from concept to completion.

Project Coordination & Inventory Management

  • You’ll be overseeing every aspect of design projects—from sourcing supplies to coordinating deliveries and installations.
  • Managing inventory for design materials and Sean’s artwork will keep you engaged with both the practical side of design and the artistic elements, ensuring we always have the right pieces in place at the right time.

Billing, Invoicing & Financials

  • Handle the billing and invoicing for artwork sales and design projects, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and well-organized.
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), working closely with Sean to keep the financial side of things in perfect order.
  • Prepare financial reports that keep Sean in the loop with budgets and expenses, ensuring everything stays on track.

Gallery Sales Support

  • Help facilitate the sale of artwork and design pieces, ensuring our clients find exactly what they’re looking for and that our inventory stays current.
  • Assist with organizing and hosting gallery events—whether it’s a private showing or an exhibition launch, you’ll help ensure that every detail is perfect.

Travel Planning & Coordination

  • Sean travels often for client visits and exhibitions, and you’ll be the one who makes sure all his travel plans are seamlessly arranged, from flights to accommodations, ensuring every trip runs smoothly.

Administrative Support to Sean Rush

  • This is your opportunity to work side-by-side with a creative entrepreneur, supporting Sean with everything from art installations to event planning. The variety of tasks means that you’ll constantly be engaged, learning, and growing in the role.

The Perks

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • The chance to work directly with a successful, established entrepreneur in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to a variety of high-end, exciting projects with high net worth clients who value quality and craftsmanship.
  • Room for personal and professional growth, with plenty of opportunities to take on new challenges as the business expands.

If you’re someone who gets excited by variety, loves a challenge, and wants to be part of a business that’s grounded in timeless artistry, we want to hear from you. This is a role for someone who can think on their feet, take initiative, and contribute to the bigger picture every day.
