POSITION SUMMARY
Bay Colony Golf Club, recognized with Elite Status by the Distinguished Clubs of America, is committed to providing an unmatched experience for its members and guests. This position delivers exceptional locker room services, contributing to the premium environment of the Club.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide personal services such as shoe care, brushing clothes, replacing shoe spikes, etc.
- Keep bulletin boards neat and information current.
- Ensure the safety and security of members' and guests' belongings.
- Issue lockers, keys, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Maintain stocked honor bar and food displays in season.
- Notify Locker Room Manager for restocking toiletries.
- Clean garbage cans, wipe counters, and manage cleanliness.
- Relay messages to members and guests as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must be personable, organized, service-oriented, and a team player.
- Willing to learn and adapt to member expectations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Requires standing, walking, using hands, and frequent communication.
- Must lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color, and focus adjustment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Frequently exposed to outdoor and humid conditions.
- Regular exposure to high temperatures depending on season.
