Project Manager (Luxury Home Builder)

Job DescriptionDescriptionResponsible for overseeing all phases of luxury home construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. The time spent for this job will primarily be in the office, although will also include periodic site visits. This role requires knowledge of BuilderTrend software, deep technical building knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not remote or hybrid)
• Our Office: Downtown Ft Lauderdale (Broward & 8th ave)

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 5:00pm (EST)

Your Manager:

• Michael, Owner

Your Contribution to Salus Construction:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and QC
• Utilize BuilderTrend project management software
• Coordinate and Supervise subs, trades, and vendors
• Primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Lead weekly job site meetings
• Progress reports, change orders, and inspection records
• Purchase orders, invoices, and overall project financials
• Work with design teams, engineers, and consultants
• Punch lists, project closeout, and warranty work
• Contracts and permits

Your Qualifications:

• +5yrs as a project manager in luxury or high-end custom home construction
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and best practices
• BuilderTrend Required: scheduling budgeting, client communication, and document control
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work on-site

Salus' Contribution to You:
