Position Summary
We’re seeking a HubSpot Administrator to support our recruiting team by identifying and researching potential prospects using platforms like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and MarketPro. This role offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience, flexible work hours (part-time or full-time), and the chance to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools while following a clear growth path. You’ll work closely with an energetic and collaborative recruiting team, contributing to business development efforts through accurate, detail-oriented data research.

Key Responsibilities
• Use ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and MarketPro to identify and qualify potential business prospects.
• Research and compile lead lists based on target industries, job titles, and company profiles.
• Update and maintain accurate records of leads and contacts in internal databases.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to align research with outreach goals.
• Monitor and report on prospect trends and data insights to support campaign strategies.
• Exhibit a proactive, curious, and persistent approach to research, consistently digging deep to uncover valuable insights.

Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications
Background and Education:
• Associate’s degree required; higher education preferred
• Strong research and data entry skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Technology Expertise:
• 1+ year of experience with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms (internships or academic projects count!).
• Familiarity with MarketPro or similar tools a plus.
Expected Hours:
· 20-40 hours per week (flexible schedule available)
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.
• Routine use of telephone and email.
• Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
