Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to serve K-12 students within a dynamic school district in Winter Garden, FL. This contract role supports multiple schools across elementary, middle, and high school levels, with assignments potentially requiring itinerant responsibilities depending on the part-time role.
Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining compliance with state licensing and ASHA standards. Positions range from full-time to part-time, with specific openings at various schools including elementary and high school levels, covering maternity leave and additional part-time caseloads.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters Degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Sciences Disorders, or related field
- CCC-SLP certification through ASHA
- Valid Florida State License to practice as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Job Details:
- Location: Winter Garden, FL
- Duration: Contract through May 29, 2026, starting ASAP
- Hours: Full-time (35 hours/week) and part-time positions (approx. 25 hours/week)
- Caseload: K-12 students across multiple school sites
