Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Doctor located in Miami Beach, FL. The Resident Doctor will provide comprehensive medical care, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for both urgent care visits and concierge medicine appointments. Responsibilities include performing routine examinations, managing acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring patient-centered, compassionate care. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, overseeing diagnostic tests, and contributing to the overall improvement of patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Medical expertise in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Strong patient communication, compassionate care delivery, and maintaining physician-patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in utilizing medical equipment, performing clinical procedures, and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Valid medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a residency program in internal medicine, family medicine, or a related field
- Unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Florida and current board certification
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and continuing professional development
