Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage work orders for our nationwide commercial clients—including Fortune 500 companies
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule and complete facility repairs and services
- Communicate through client portals and internal systems with professionalism and clarity
- Track job progress, manage timelines, and ensure client expectations are met
- Negotiate vendor pricing and manage change orders with support from your Account Manager
- Keep detailed notes and documentation within our internal software and client system

What We’re Looking For:
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorships)
- 1+ year experience in service dispatch, or customer support role preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and learning new system
High Desired Skills:
- Project management skills or certification
- Experience using Service Channel, Corrigo, or similar FM portals
- Background in construction and/or facility maintenance
