Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service and store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Operate the register/POS system accurately
- Stock shelves, coolers, and maintain merchandise displays
- Keep the store, fuel pump area, and restrooms clean and organized
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory
- Monitor pumps and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Verify IDs for age-restricted products (tobacco, alcohol)
- Report any issues with pumps, equipment, or store maintenance
- Follow company policies, safety rules, and cash-handling procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous retail or gas station experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
