Shift and Schedule:
- 12-hour day shifts
- 3 shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in diverse clinical settings
- Float between locations including Sebring, Lake Placid, and Wauchula as needed
- Participate in pre-shift huddles to coordinate patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility and departmental policies, maintaining high standards of care
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Proven nursing skills with flexibility to work in various departments
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to adapt to shifting assignments and float within designated areas
Additional Information:
- Scrub color: Navy Blue (Green for Surgical Units)
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Workload: 36 hours per week
