Job Description
This role, reporting to the Regional Director of Clinical Operations, drives daily operations and ensures the seamless management of the facility. The position demands strong leadership and strategic execution to achieve organizational goals. This individual will direct, coordinate, and integrate practice resources to meet both short-term and long-term goals, assist in implementing and enforcing policies, onboard and train staff, ensure compliance, report issues, and recommend solutions. Additionally, they will work closely with staff and providers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA, DOH, DOL, and HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- Promote and practice the mission, vision, and values with integrity.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring patient experience feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day operations by optimizing scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Provide direct and indirect oversight of on-site clinic staff.
- Manage front-end revenue cycle functions, including reconciliation of daily collections and end-of-day reports.
- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all established CAN policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee coaching and reviews, providing constructive feedback, disciplinary action, and training.
- Strategically manage the P&L, clinic budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Enforce strict adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and family information according to professional and departmental standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless, compassionate, and timely patient care.
- Forge and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Spearhead quality improvement initiatives to drive superior patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
- Participate in monitoring site visits, audits, and other related activities.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfactory experiences.
- Support quality program processes and objectives and participate in the local quality team.
- Oversee patient records to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and security.
- Support activities around the 340B Pharmacy Program.
- Work collaboratively with functional leaders to drive successful outcomes of key performance indicators.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly presentations on clinic performance to senior leadership.
- Proactively maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations and guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR five years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in a medical office setting, offering a good quality of life with an excellent daytime schedule. The practice administrator manages a varying degree of work depending on the size and scope of location(s) they oversee. There are three levels: PA I, PA II, and PA III, with levels reviewed annually as part of the annual review/merit cycle.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $111000.00/yr.
