Onsite in Miami, FL 33134. Six-month W-2 contract. You’ll support SAP rollouts across back-office functions and report to the onsite Manager.
A Day in the Life
You start by syncing with Subject Matter Experts to validate training objectives for an upcoming SAP release. Before lunch, you’re building an eLearning storyboard in Articulate/Rise and polishing a Canva job aid. In the afternoon, you facilitate a virtual instructor-led session for impacted end users, then capture process updates to keep system workflows and SOPs current. You wrap by aligning with the internal training team to ensure consistent standards across all deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop training for SAP implementations that elevate back-office user competence.
- Partner with SMEs to confirm accuracy, completeness, and operational alignment of content.
- Build multi-modal learning: eLearning, videos, simulations, job aids, and ILT/VILT materials.
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual-led classes for back-office end users.
- Document processes, workflows, and system procedures for traceable training support.
- Gather requirements and validate learning approaches with SMEs and teammates.
- Collaborate with the internal training team to maintain quality and consistency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing training in technical or utility environments.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate, Rise, and Canva.
- Background in training needs analysis and evaluating training effectiveness; strong collaborator.
- Knowledge of change management fundamentals.
- Fluency in adult learning principles and multiple delivery modalities.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated at $46.00/hr. to $51.00/hr.
