Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and attentive experience.
• Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, and other events.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance the office environment.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and care.
• Offer administrative support across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with team members to address office needs and improve processes.
• Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently to manage calls and inquiries.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support office functionality.• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office management is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Punctuality and reliability, demonstrating strong work ethics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.
