Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems for various commercial projects. You will collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of electrical systems for commercial projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with MEP engineers and other stakeholders to develop integrated designs.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and other design software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and CAD technicians.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Revit.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
