Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-driven Superintendent with a proven track record in luxury construction, particularly in projects featuring high-end amenities and intricate finish work. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring that all phases of construction are executed with precision—on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site operations for luxury construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
- Ensure work is progressing according to project schedule, budget, and scope.
- Coordinate and communicate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to ensure alignment and timely execution..
- Enforce site safety protocols and uphold quality standards across all trades.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor workmanship, progress, and adherence to plans.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years construction Superintendent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years with luxury amenities, hospitality and fine detailed projects.
- Strong knowledge of high-end construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
