We are seeking a seasoned Electrician Foreman Technician with at least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, specifically in commercial construction environments. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with proven leadership abilities, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee and guide crews on various job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and apprentices on-site
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with local, state, and national codes
- Schedule and manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Perform inspections and quality control of electrical systems and installations
- Communicate project status, issues, and needs with project managers and contractors
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of electrical experience, primarily in commercial construction
- At least 3 years in a leadership or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction best practices
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
- OSHA 30 certification – required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Experience with managing multiple job sites or large crews
