Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our team!&nbsp;You will be responsible for performing building maintenance, carpentry and repair tasks and completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Estimate time and extent of repairs</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Perform renovations, repairs and upgrades on commercial buildings</li>
<li>Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring and finishing work</li>
<li>Maintain material and supply inventory</li>
<li>Oversee&nbsp;work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields</li>
<li>Knowledge of construction and rough carpentry.</li>
<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Willing to work evenings and weekends when requested</li>
<li>Ability to read plans/blueprints</li>
