About the Role:

As a Customer Experience & Pharmacy Technician Associate, you’ll wear multiple hats—providing compassionate, personalized service while supporting pharmacy operations. You’ll engage with patients, answer their questions, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

This role is ideal for someone with a pharmacy or healthcare background or a strong desire to develop their skills in pharmacy, customer service, and patient care. We offer flexible scheduling and are looking for team members available for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, empathetic customer support through phone, email, and chat.
  • Help patients navigate medication orders, insurance-free pricing, and delivery options.
  • Accurately assist in preparing, packaging, and labeling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient and prescription records.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company procedures.
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient pharmacy operation with a high standard of care.
  • Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful product and service recommendations.
  • Stay informed about TelyRx’s growing product offerings and services.

Requirements:Job Requirements:

  • Active Pharmacy Technician License (or willingness to obtain—TelyRx can support your licensing process).
  • 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions and patient data.
  • Comfortable with technology (pharmacy software, chat systems, CRM tools).
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented, with a true passion for patient care.
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
  • Team player, eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fulfillment or pharmacy operations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and pharmacy compliance standards.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus!
