General Contractor in West Palm Beach seeking administrative support staffer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparation of permit construction documents; coordinating their execution and relaying the documents to the appropriate parties; Coordination with permit expeditor to achieve permit acquisition; physically submitting permit packages in Palm Beach – requires use of personal automobile; Permit tracking once submitted to various municipalities; Forwarding and retrieving comments from/to architects/building departments. Position also requires working closely with project managers to assist them in achieving their goals of on time project completion within budgetary constraints. Various general duties include but are not limited to: filing; making/answering phone calls; superintendent coordination; communication with clients and subcontractors; assisting project managers and accounting departments. Strong organizational skills a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must. **** Position Starts in Lake Park 9-25 - 12-25, Permanent Position to be in Stuart Fl after December.
