Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the EDI Analyst is a strategic and technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide integration solutions. This role ensures seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange across internal systems, trading partners, and third-party platforms, while also assisting with long-term integration projects.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with supply chain integration products (EDI).
- 2+ years of experience with ERP systems.
- 2+ years of experience working with middleware products (Celigo, Boomi, SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Etc.).
- Knowledge of current EDI protocols, standards, and integration tools.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflows pertaining to supply chains, logistics, and retail domains.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data communication and system integration issues quickly.
- Worked as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily EDI transaction flow to ensure orders, shipments, invoices, and acknowledgments are processed accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors and failures, working quickly to prevent disruptions to order fulfillment and customer service.
- Support onboarding of new trading partners, and 3PLs including setup, testing, and certification across EDI platforms.
- Maintain and update EDI maps and configurations to support trading partner requirements and business changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, and Finance) to resolve data, process, and transaction issues.
- Create and maintain EDI documentation and SOPs to ensure consistent, repeatable, and well-documented processes.
- Identify and implement integration improvements, including scalability, automating manual processes, and optimizing business processes and data delivery.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and post-integration support.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
