 A boutique community association and real estate law firm in growth mode is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling all stages of litigation—from discovery through trial preparation.

Core Legal Skills
<ul>
<li>Case management from intake through trial</li>
<li>Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses</li>
<li>Organizing and summarizing depositions, exhibits, and trial materials</li>
<li>Knowledge of court procedures and electronic filing (state and federal)</li>
<li>Legal research and citation formatting (LexisNexis / Westlaw a plus)</li>
